Yes, it's an admin account that was setup for just that server by the ERP VAR because they were managing the server when we still had a contract with them.

And the account you try to RDP with is an admin, right? The only reason I can think of for this would be if someone installed the RDS roles on that Server, so it's looking for licensing. This is the second day of this being an issue. We even restarted the server figuring that was the issue. There's no chance that anyone is logging into the server.
